These terms apply to Topple and other apps by Kindred Labs, Singapore. By using our apps you agree to them. If you downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard licence (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also applies.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it, or cheat in ways that harm other players.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Hint bulbs are virtual items with no cash value; they can't be exchanged or refunded except where the law or the store's policy requires. Remove Ads and domino sets can be restored with Restore purchases.
Ads
The free game shows ads. Remove Ads stops ads between runs; optional videos you choose to watch for rewards stay available.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the app or its content. We'll try to give notice of major changes.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
